Join us for Amplifying Women's Voices on May 13th for a conversation about your leadership strengths. What traits make you unique ? How can you win others over to help your team activate organizational values? How can you combine your effective communication skills with the strategic abilities of others? Our incredible panel of female leaders includes:

Karlee Agee, Vice President of Operations, Bouten Construction
Karlee's strengths are arranger, relator, strategic, self-assurance, and focus. She is passionate about building communities through relationships, critical thinking, and collaboration, as well as growing Bouten Construction's internal talent. She is a graduate of Whitworth University’s Institute of Leadership and serves on the Vanessa Behan board of trustees.

Mandy Baird, Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths Consultant
Mandy's strengths are context, connectedness, input, communication, and relator. She is passionate about working with individuals and teams to lead with strength and center on mission. She is a Program Manager at the Gonzaga School of Leadership Studies, where she earned the Certificate in Women's Leadership.

Kirsten Bohlen, Sales Operations Manager, Marsh McLennan Agency
Kirsten's strengths are empathy, connectedness, developer, individulization, and activator. She has over 3000 hours of experience in coaching and facilitating workshops as a Gallup-trained Clifton Strengths coach. Her practice is informed by a Master of Business Administration degree from Gonzaga University.

Julie O'Berg, Fire Chief, Spokane Fire Department
Julie's strengths are responsibility, intellection, achiever, learner, and connectedness. Chief O'Berg is the City of Spokane's first female fire chief. She previously served 28 years in the Overland Park, Kansas fire department, as a lietenant, captain, and most recently as batallion chief.

Priya Osborne, Director of Student Success, Spokane Community College
Priya's strengths are belief, consistency, connectedness, discipline, and relator. She serves on the Gonzaga College of Arts & Sciences Advisory Council, SCC's Diversity, Equity, and Global Awareness Committee, and is the Youth Advisor for NAACP Spokane. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Gonzaga University and is pursuing a Master of Legal Studies from UCLA.
